Riyadh Airport to Launch 'Ask me' Serving Passengers at the Capital Airport

Riyadh Airports launched "Ask me" service to serve all passengers through international terminals at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. This service will be provided by more than 80 educated young Saudi graduates, males and females, who can speak multi languages and have the communication skills to serve different segments of passengers.

Sami Al Husseini, VP of Commercial at Riyadh Airports, said that the company has set up six reception points in the international terminals operating 24 hours, in addition to the deployment of several employees roaming inside the halls to help passengers by answering their questions, providing them with the service and assistance needed.

Al-Husseini added that "Riyadh Airports" has trained all employee on methods and mechanisms of customer service. Also, the trainees were given special training on how to deal with situations that may face passengers and on airport operation.

During the second quarter of this year, Riyadh Airports Company launched several new services targeting passengers traveling through King Khalid international airports, such as “Mazaya” service, “توصلك” service and “Valet Parking” service, in addition to other services to be launched soon.
