The Expansion & Upgrade of Terminal 2 at KKIA
Upgrade and Rehabilitation of Terminal 2 infrastructure project respectively, replacing all electromechanical systems, information, security, and telecommunication systems, and architectural interior with increasing the commercial areas as well as enhancing the passenger’s experience.
Build an expansion to Tr 4 to increase the terminal gates, capacity, and to meet the mandated growth forecast

King Khalid International Airport has witnessed a remarkable transformation through the implementation of the Terminal 1 Renovation Project, which stands out as one of the most ambitious initiatives that have reshaped the airport’s identity and enhanced the quality of infrastructure and services provided to passengers.
AC1 Main entrance
Successfully designed and constructed a luxurious entryway, delivering a stunning new visual welcome and arrival experience for Riyadh Airports Company, significantly enhancing the airport’s image and the passenger journey.
Mohammed Bin Farrag Road
Enhance Mohamed Bin Farrag Road by improving safety, pavement condition, and Level of Service (LOS), while in-creasing road capacity to accommodate growing passenger traffic. This includes upgrading the road to provide two continuous lanes in both directions, enhancing the GACA entrance/exit, and improving access to/from King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Road, ultimately increasing safety, reducing accidents, improving pavement quality, and enhancing the passenger experience.
Metro link Terminal 1&2
The Metro Link Project, which connects Terminals 1 and 2 at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, has been inaugurated as part of ongoing efforts to develop infrastructure and enhance the passenger travel experience. This project represents a significant milestone in facilitating passenger movement through an innovative design that enables fast and safe transit between terminals, contributing to reduced waiting times and improved operational efficiency.
Cargo Area Expansion
Design, supply and construct a new cargo apron by extending the existing TWY-E and providing a new nine-cargo-aircraft stand along with a drainage system, fueling system, AFL/AGL, & all related civil, electrical, and mechanical works.

E-Gates
Modernize passenger processing and enhance the traveler experience, the E-Gate systems at Terminal 1 were successfully implemented to streamline immigration and security procedures.
